Metamora, IN Tourism Project

This was another class project where we had to pick a small-populated town and create a brochure along with other special promotional items. I chose Metamora, Indiana, because, as a little kid, I used to visit the town for its holiday events.

Metamora is a small historic canal town in southeastern Indiana known for its history, local shops, restaurants, and attractions along the Whitewater Canal. The town was established in 1838 and still preserves much of its historic character, including the Whitewater Canal, the Metamora Grist Mill, and the historic wooden aqueduct.

Because I had a personal connection to the town from visiting it as a child, I wanted to create promotional materials that captured the historic and welcoming feeling that made Metamora memorable to me.
